Regrettably, after more than three decades with Laboratoire Dr. Renaud, we have decided to permanently sever our relationship with this company for the following reasons:
- Poor customer support and non-existent professional training
- Inability to supply products (retail & professional) in a timely manner
- Inability to adapt to changing consumer demand
- Broken promises with respect to previously-negotiated contracts
Although Dr. Renaud continues to be a very good product line, we believe that we have found a superior product in G.M. Collin and invite our customers to experience this superb and highly-effective line of products.
